Baked Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp butter
Tomatoes; seeded
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt
Desired number of egg
Bread toasts
Instructions:
Prepare one tomato per person. Slice off top of tomato then scoop off seeds. Place inside ramekin and heat in an oven ’till half cooked.
Place one half teaspoon butter then dash of pepper and salt on each of your tomato, then crack an egg on each.
Replace tomatoes in your oven ’till eggs become cooked. Place each baked tomato on top of a bread (toasted). Pour white sauce on top and serve right away.
