Bird’s Nest Recipe

Ingredients:

Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Instructions:

Separate eggs. Have eggwhites beaten ’til a stiffened froth is achieved. Scoop onto individual serving dishes then create a small nest at the dish’s center then drop one whole eggyolk in.

Let dish stand above pan filled w/ heated water then cook them in oven for 2-3 mins. Season w/ little pepper and salt then dot w/ butter.
