Eggs a la Paysanne Recipe
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 Tbsps of onion; grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c cream
1 garlic clove
1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Mash garlic and onion then add into cream. Then pour mixture into bake dish. You break eggs on mixture’s top then season w/ pepper and salt.
Allow to stand in dish place over pan filled with boiled water then cook inside oven ’til eggs set.
