Eggs Lyonnaise Recipe


Eggs Lyonnaise Recipe

Ingredients:

Small amount of pepper
2 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps butter
1 pc of onion
8 ozs milk
6 whole eggs
1 tsp salt

Instructions:

Hard boil all eggs. Take away shells then submerge eggs in a basin of chilly water. Thinly slice onions.

Saute onions in butter ’till onions are clear and tender. Add milk then flour. Stir gently until it forms a thick white sauce. Season with salt and pepper then remove from heat.

When ready to serve, slice eggs cross-wise then place slices in a ramekin, decant the cream over sliced eggs and pop inside your oven to heat up.
