Eggs A La Hyde Recipe

Ingredients:

Pepper (cayenne)
1 tsp salt
8 ozs of broth (chicken) or coconut milk
2 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps butter
1/2 c of cream (sweet)
2 Tbsps of parsley; minced
1 Tbsp of onion; grated
1/2 can mushrooms
6 whole eggs

Instructions:

Hard boil all eggs then take away shells. Slice all eggs lengthways then scoop out the egg yolks careful not to break the egg whites. Push the egg yolks into a mesh.

Mix this with sweet cream, a sprinkling of pepper then half a teaspoon of salt. Mix well and spoon mixture back to the hollowed egg whites.

Melt butter then add flour and onion. Mix in the coconut milk or broth then your mushrooms. Heat the mixture well ’till boiling. Season with pepper and salt.

Remove from heat then mix parsley in. Decant butter mixture over your eggs. Give a generous sprinkling of bread crumbs and pop in the oven ’till nicely golden in color.
