Eggs A La Rorer Recipe
Ingredients:
Bread toasts
French artichoke
Butter
Hollandaise sauce
Eggs; poached
Green peas (fresh or cooked)
Instructions:
Prepare bread toasts, alot one slice per person. Spread butter on top. Boil French artichokes. Alot one per toast.
Prepare your Hollandaise sauce. Place an artichoke on one bread toast, then the egg (poached), then baste with your sauce.
Serve with fresh or cooked peas as a garnish.
