Eggs Suzzete Recipe

Ingredients:

Potatoes; baked
Eggs
Hot milk
Water
Pepper
Salt

Instructions:

Bake potatoes enough to be served. Once done, you cut side off then scoop one potato portion and leave a half-inch thick wall. Mash scooped-out part then add heated milk, pepper & salt then transfer into pastry-bag.

Season w/ some pepper and salt into every potato then break an egg in. Press potatoes form pastry-bag w/ star tip into potato edges to form a single border.

Allow to stand in pan then bake ’til eggs set. You put 1 Tbsp creamsauce in center potion of every dish then serve at once.
