Eggs Scrambled with Rice and Tomato Recipe
Ingredients:
4-6 pcs of eggs (large); beaten well
1 c of cooked rice (warm)
3 pcs of tomatoes (fresh); chopped
1 Tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
Toasted bread (squares)
Instructions:
Place butter, tomatoes, salt, and pepper inside a medium saucepan. Once heated add rice; add in the beaten eggs when rice has heated through. Stir constantly till eggs have settled.
Pour onto the heated platter with bread on the side.
Variation: Use boiled eggs. Do the same instruction as above then add sliced eggs on last part.
