Deviled Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Pimiento
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 c tongue (boiled); chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp juice (onion)
1 whole lettuce
6 whole eggs
Instructions:
Hard boil all eggs. When cooked immediately submerge in chilly water. Peel away shells.
Slice eggs lengthways. Scoop out yolks carefully so as not to break the egg whites. Push yolks in through a mesh.
Add in boiled tongue. Season with pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Scoop this mixture back in your hollowed out egg whites. Place lettuce leaves on a serving dish and place eggs on top of lettuce leaves. Pour French salad stuffing over eggs.
