Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
12 whole eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsps butter
Bread toasts
Instructions:
Hard boil a dozen eggs. Peel away shells. Slice eggs crossways.
Scoop out egg yolks careful not to break the egg whites. Mush up yolks using a mesh and then mix in four tablespoons of meat (chicken, ham or tongue). Season with one half teaspoon salt, quarter teaspoon pepper then two tablespoons butter, melted.
Mix well then re scoop back inside hollowed out egg whites. Replace two egg halves onto each other to resemble one whole egg. Cut a parchment paper to about two by four inches.
Roll each egg in the parchment paper, twist to lock both ends then fringe to resemble a big candy. As a variation, re scoop yolk mixture inside hollowed out egg whites then heat in the oven. Serve alongside bread toast.
