Egg Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
Desired number of eggs; hard boiled
Garlic
Hot cooked rice
Sweet peppers; sliced
3 pcs of onions; thinly sliced
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ginger; grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 pint water
Instructions:
Clean and slice three pieces of onions (large). Place onions inside a double boiler then cook in butter until tender. Season with one tablespoon curry powder, garlic, half a teaspoon of grated ginger, half a teaspoon salt then one tablespoon flour.
Blend everything well then add one half a pint water. Bring mixture to boil. Slice thinly hard boiled eggs.
Place sliced eggs on top of hot cooked rice. Decant sauce through a sieve and pour over eggs. Serve right away.
Garnish on top sliced sweet peppers.
