Egg Farci Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp juice (onion)
1 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp parsley; chopped
1 c cold cuts or meat (cold); chopped finely
2 c potatoes; mashed
6 pcs eggs; hard boiled

Instructions:

Hard boil all eggs. Finely chop eggs and mix together with your cooked meat. Season with pepper, parsley and salt.

Melt butter then add flour in a saucepan. Slowly add milk. Heat ’till boiling.

Slowly add potatoes. As soon as mixture is smooth and thick add your egg mixture. Remove from heat.

Decant onto small ramekins and brush tops using milk. Bake for a few minutes until golden in color. Makes for a hearty meal.
