Egg Flip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of egg white
1 pc of egg yolk; beaten well
1/16 tsp of powdered sugar
1 tsp of brandy (or Sherry or Madeira)

Instructions:

Beat egg white till stiff then add in beaten yolk; beat thoroughly. Place on a saucer, sprinkle sugar then place brandy on center. Serve immediately.
