Egg Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 Tbsp parsley; chopped
2 Tbsps butter
Half-pint milk
1 tsp pepper (white)
1 Tbsp flour
6 bread slices
2 Tbsps chives; chopped
1/2 tsp salt
Grated cheese
Instructions:
Break and beat eggs together in bowl then you add in all of seasoning. Separately rub flour and butter together then you add milk, stirring ’til it boils. Add mixture into eggs then beat well ’til mixed thoroughly.
Remove bread crusts then crumb. Add them into mixture. Transfer into greased bake dish then top w/ cheese. Bake ’til nicely browned and fully set.
