Egg Timbales Recipe
Ingredients:
Any meat tongue; chopped
Mushrooms; chopped finely
Rounded bread (toasted)
Eggs
Tomato Sauce
Seasoned green peas
Instructions:
Grease small custard tins then dust sides and bottom w/ meat tongue & mushrooms that were chopped finely. Break an egg into every mold then stand molds in bake pan half-filled /w boiled water.
Cook eggs in oven ’til whites set. Place a bread in every mold then pour in special tomato-sauce. Have edges loosen form molds using your knife.
You turn out each egg into toasted bread then neatly arrange in hot platter. Then fill your platter’s bottom w/ tomato-sauce then garnish w/ peas then serve immediately.
