Eggs A La Bourbon Recipe
Ingredients:
Freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsps cheese (Parmesan); shredded
1 Tbsp butter
8 ozs broth
6 whole eggs
Instructions:
Place broth inside a kitchen pot then use this to poach eggs. When sufficiently cooked, transfer eggs to a serving dish.
Sprinkle over cheese then bake until cheese has melted. Meanwhile, boil left over stock ’till reduced to half its amount.
Mix in butter and blend well. Remove from heat then baste this sauce over eggs then serve right away. Can be served with toast.
