Eggs A La Livingston Recipe
Ingredients:
Freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp kitchen bouquet
2 Tbsps sherry
1/2 c broth
6 whole eggs
1 tureen pate de foie gras
6 pcs of toasted bread slices
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Spread butter on toasted bread. Spread pate de foie gras next. Place on serving platter then set aside near a hot oven.
Meanwhile poach eggs. Heat the sherry, kitchen bouquet, broth then season with pepper. Place eggs on the buttered toast, then pour sauce over it.
Serve right away.
