Eggs A La Polonaise Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsps butter
6 whole eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsps parsley; chopped
Instructions:
Hard boil four eggs then take away shells. Slice all eggs lengthways then scoop out egg yolks careful not to break the egg whites. Push the egg yolks into a mesh and together with two raw egg yolks, add parsley then season with pepper and salt.
Whisk the left over egg whites ’till airy but isn’t stiff. Fold this into your yolk mix. Layer a small amount of your yolk mix inside a baking dish. Scoop the rest inside the hallowed cooked egg whites.
Place all cooked whites inside this baking dish then decant left over yolk mix if any. Decant a generous amount of butter (melted) over your eggs, sprinkle generously with bread crumbs then bake until golden in color.
Serve with condiment of choice.
