Eggs a La Reine Recipe
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 Tbsps flour
Half pint chopped chicken (cooked)
1/2 small can mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
Half pint milk
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsps butter
Instructions:
Lightly grease small serving dishes. Add one broken egg carefully into every dish. Stand dishes in pan filled w/ boiled water then cook in over ’til whites set.
Rub flour and butter together then add milk, stirring well ’til boiling. Then add pepper, salt, mushrooms & chicken. Scoop 1 Tbsp of mixture and place above every egg then serve.
