Eggs A La Suisse Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter
Swiss cheese; sliced thinly
6 eggs
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c cream
Instructions:
Grease bake dish’s bottom w/ butter. Place thin cheese slices on butter’s top. Break fresh large eggs over then dust w/ pepper and salt.
Place another layer of grated cheese then bake it in oven ’til cheese melts and eggs set. Best when served w/ dried toast.
