Eggs A La Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp onion; grated
1 Tbsp olive; chopped
1 Tbsp gherkin; chopped
4 Tbsps vinegar
1 Tbsp parsley; chopped
1 whole lettuce
6 whole eggs
8 Tbsps olive oil

Instructions:

Hard boil all eggs. When cooked, take away shells then submerge eggs in chilly water. Aftger a few minutes, slice eggs lengthways.

Clean then dry lettuce. Peel the leaves and lay atop a serving plate. Place hard boiled slices on top arranging in a circular pattern.

Fill center with tomatoes that have been peeled and sliced. Meanwhile, mix together half a teaspoon salt, a quarter of a teaspoon pepper then the olive oil. Drop an ice cube then mix well until salt has been dissolved.

Take away ice cube then mix in the gherkin and onion. Pour the vinaigrette over eggs and garnish using parsley.
