Eggs A L’Aurore Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs eggs; hard boiled
2 Tbsps sardines
Toasted bread
White sauce
Instructions:
Hard boil six whole eggs. Slice lengthways then scoop out egg yolks. Set aside.
Slice the egg whites thinly. Whip up a white (cream) sauce. Mix sauce to two tablespoons of sardines, crab or lobster that have been chopped finely.
Blend together egg whites and unbroken yolks. Transfer onto a serving platter then use toasted bread as garnish. Serve right away.
As a variation, cook up a white (cream) sauce. Spread mixture in a baking pan, layer in cheese (Parmesan) then yolks that have been mashed up then start again with the white sauce. Repeat process ending with yolks on top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs generously on top and heat in an oven until golden in color.
