Eggs A L’Imperatrice Recipe

Ingredients:

Butter
Freshly cracked black pepper
Dash of salt
6 bread toasts
1 tureen pate de foie grash
6 whole eggs

Instructions:

Prepare six buttered bread toasts. Spread thinly a film of pate de foie gras and then place one egg (poached) atop. Pour butter that has been melted over.

Season with pepper, a dash of salt then serve right away.
