Eggs Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients:
White sauce
Desired number of eggs; hard boiled
Cheese; grated
Instructions:
Whip up one pint white (cream) sauce. Cook eggs, hard boiled. Slice up eggs.
Place sliced eggs in a baking pan and decant over with white sauce. Layer cheese generously on top then heat in an oven until golden brown.
