Eggs Au Miroir Recipe

Ingredients:

Bread crumbs
Eggs
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Prepare one graniteware then cover it w/ crumbs. Add in enough amount off broken eggs into dish. Add butter bits on top then let dish stand over bake pan filled w/ heated water then cook in oven ’til eggs set. Season w/ pepper & salt then serve at once.
