Eggs Benedict Recipe
Ingredients:
Several slices of ham
Hollandaise sauce
Truffles; chopped finely
Eggs for poaching
2 whole eggs
1 c of milk
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 c of flour
1 Tbsp butter; melted
2 tsps of baking powder
Instructions:
Crack two whole eggs. Whisk the egg yolks then add one cup milk, one half teaspoon salt, 1.5 cup flour then one tablespoon butter (melted).
Blend well. Mix in two teaspoons baking powder, then gently fold to the egg whites that were whisked stiff. Mix thoroughly.
Place on muffin trays and bake. Meanwhile broil ham that has been thinly sliced. Prepare a Hollandaise sauce.
Chop up one truffle, then poach needed eggs. Remove muffin tray from the oven and transfer to serving platters. Top with ham, then one egg then the sauce.
Sprinkle truffle atop then serve right away.
