Eggs Coquelicot Recipe
Ingredients:
Spanish pepper; cooked
Eggs
Pepper
Salt
Toasted bread
1/2 pint cream sauce
Parsley; chopped
Instructions:
Grease small-sized custard mold then add in cooked pepper inside. Break egg over then season w/ pepper and salt.
Place cups over pan filled w/ boiled water the cook them in oven ’til they set. Prepare toasted bread. Fll serving platter’s bottom w/ creamsauce. You loosen peppers and remove from mold then turn out carefully on toasts’s tops.
Allow to stand in creamsauce then sprinkle over w/ parsley then serve immediately.
