Eggs Courtland Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c cold chicken; minced
1/2 pint of creamsauce
1/2 tsp salt
Dahs of red pepper
Toasted bread
Poached eggs
Parlsey (for garnish)
Green peas (for garnish)

Instructions:

Combine creamsauce, chicken, pepper and salt. Place bread toasted on hot platter then pour w/ small cream-chicken mix. Top w/ poached eggs then cover w/ remaining of sauce. You dust w/ parsley then serve w/ peas.
