Eggs En Panade Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/2 c milk
1 Tbsps parsley; chopped
1 tsp pepper
6 bread slices
4 Tbsps oil (olive)
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Trim off bread crusts. Beat eggs ’til well blended. Add milk, pepper and salt. Pour oil into shallow fry pan. You dip bread slices in eggs that were beaten then drop into well-heated oil. Turn to brown both sides.
Transfer into heated platter once done then garnish w/ parsley. Serve immediately.
