Eggs Malikoff Recipe

Ingredients:

Round cut bread slices; toasted
Caviar
Onion powder
Pepper
Poached egg
Horseradish sauce

Instructions:

Season the caviar w/ a bit of pepper and onion then cover into toasted bread slices. Place a piece of egg that was poached on bread’s top then pour over horseradish puree or sauce.
