Eggs Mirabeau Recipe

Ingredients:

Toasted rounds of bread
Poached eggs
Pate de Foie Gras
Sauce Perigueux

Instructions:

Prepare and toast enough quantity of round-cut bread. Have them covered w/ pate-de-foie-gras, placed above each egg (poached). Pour sauce over then serve.
