Eggs Mornay Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Tbsps cheese (Parmesan); shredded
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
8 ozs milk
2 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps butter
6 whole eggs
Instructions:
Mix together flour and butter. Add milk then stir ’till boiling. Season with paprika then salt.
Decant one part of butter sauce inside your baking pan. Meanwhile poach eggs, and place inside the baking pan as well. Pour over remainder of butter sauce.
Garnish with cheese then bake until nicely brown in color.
