Eggs Norwegian Recipe

Ingredients:

Round-cut bread; toasted
Anchovy paste
Anchovy sauce
Poached eggs
Melted butter

Instructions:

Spread a thin layer of butter in round-cut bread toasts then top w/ anchovy-paste. Place one egg above paste then pour anchovy-sauce over.
