Eggs Richmond Recipe


Eggs Richmond Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c chopped cold chicken
1/2 c of mushrooms; finely chopped
1/2 pint of cream sauce
1 whole egg
Cooked rice
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
Poached eggs

Instructions:

Combine chopped chicken and mushrooms then blend in your creamsauce. Add 1 whole egg into cooked rice then dust w/ pepper and salt to taste.

Form into rounded, flattened cakes then fry them in well-heated oil. Arrange your rounded cakes in a hot platter then pour creamsauce mix over. Top w/ a piece of egg that was poached.
