Eggs Scramble with Lettuce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of lettuce head (fresh); rinsed, dried, and shredded
1 Tbsp of chopped onions
1 Tbsp of butter
6 pcs of eggs
1/2 tsp of salt
Toasted bread (triangular)

Instructions:

Place butter on a medium saucepan above moderate heat. Add onions and saute till softened. Add eggs and beat them till mixed well. Add lettuce, salt, and pepper; stir till eggs set. Transfer on a warm platter and garnish toasted breads.
