Eggs Scrambled with Fresh Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pcs of tomatoes (fresh); peeled, seeded, and chopped
4 pcs of eggs (large); beaten well
1 tsp of juice (onion)
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of butter
Instructions:
Place butter, chopped tomatoes, pepper, salt in a medium saucepan. Once heated, add in the beaten eggs; stir thoroughly till set. Pour onto a warm plate with toasted bread on the side.
