Eggs Steamed In The Shell Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 quarts of water
Instructions:
Letting eggs cook by submerging in heated water then removed from fire is better than those that are cooked for a very short period of time. Use enough water depending on the egg quantity you will cook.
To demonstrate, place 4 eggs into kettle then fill w/ 2 qts water. Have kettle covered then stand eggs for 10 mins. Remove from water then transfer into bowl filled w/ boiled water then set aside.
Remember that 1 egg that is dropped carefully into 1 qt water should stand about 5 mins.
