Eggs Washington Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 pint crab meat
1/2 pint white sauce
Pepper
Salt
Pates
Desired number of eggs
Instructions:
Mix together one half a pint meat (crab) to one half a pint white sauce then season using pepper and salt. Dollop crab mixture onto the center of a pate. Crack one egg on each pate and bake ’till egg has cooked through.
As a variation, poach eggs then transfer slowly on top of pates. Decant crab mixture on top and serve right away.
