Eggs with Nut-Brown Butter
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter
Eggs
2 Tbsps of vinegar
Bread toast or sliced cooked ham
Instructions:
Place 2 Tbsps butter into fry pan then heat. You break eggs in then slightly cook ’til yolks set. Place above toasted bread or ham slices.
Put 2 additional Tbsps butter into pan then allow to brown. Add 2 Tbsps vinegar then boil then pour eggs over.
