Fillets of Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

6 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsps stock
1 tsp pepper

Instructions:

Beat eggs together w/ stock then add pepper and salt. Pour into greased square-shaped pan placed over boiled water the cook eggs in oven ’til they completely set.

Cut cooked eggs into very thin slices then have them dipped into mixture of 1 egg , flour & 1/2 c milk. You can also dip them lightly into beaten eggs, then roll them in crumbs then deep-fried in oil.

Arrange cooked fillets carefully in platter w/ edges overlapping. Garnish w/ parsley then serve w/ white or tomato sauce.
