Havana Omelet Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of butter
2 pcs of onions; chopped
Hot water
4 pcs of tomatoes; peeled, seeded, chopped
4 pcs of Spanish peppers; cut to strips
1 tsp of salt
1/16 tsp of pepper (red)
6 pcs of eggs; beaten well

Instructions:

Combine, butter, onion, and (hot) water on the skillet; cook till soft. Add tomatoes, peppers, salt, & red ground pepper. Continue to cook till tomatoes have softened.

Cook the eggs into an omelet. Transfer on a warm plate and place the mixture of tomato on its end. Serve immediately.
