How To Poach Eggs- Cooking Tip
Instructions:
Partly fill shallow fry pan w/ water. Bring to a boil. Break one egg carefully into small saucer the slide egg quickly onto boiling but should not be bubbling water. Do the same procedure for the rest of eggs.
Remove from direct heat. Baste a small amount of water into yolks if visible or exposed. You’d know that it is nicely done if eggs are covered w/ thin white veil.
Prepare enough toasts and arrange on hot platter. You lift every form water using a skimmer. Cut ragged portions and edges then slide eggs into toast. Season w/ pepper & salt. Baste w/ softened butter.
