Japanese Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of rice
1/2 pint creamsauce
1 tsp onion; grated
1 tsp celery; chopped
Chopped parsley
Poached eggs
Broiled sardines (optional)
Instructions:
Boil 1 c rice then drain well once cooked. Combine creamsauce, onions and celery. Prepare enough poached eggs.
Place cooked rice neatly in platter’s center then cover w/ eggs. Carefully pour creamsauce mixture over then dust w/ parsley. You may place pre-broiled sardines beside dish.
