Japanese Hard Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
A small amount onion juice
1 Tbsp parsley; chopped
6 whole eggs
8 ozs sauce (white)
1 c rice
Instructions:
Place all eggs in a kitchen pot of tap water then bring it to boil and gently simmer for 20 minutes. Clean your rice thoroughly. Pour rice onto a kitchen pot of water that has been boiling and cook for half an hour.
Peel away shells of cooked eggs and slice them in two crossways. Prepare the white sauce together with your onion juice. As soon as rice has been cooked, transfer it onto a serving dish then place cooked eggs on top and baste with white sauce.
Sprinkle parsley on top. Good alternative to meat during supper or lunch.
