Omelet with Asparagus Tips Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs; beaten well
1 c of cream sauce
1 pc of bundled asparagus (cooked or canned, use the tips only)
Instructions:
Cook the eggs into an omelet. When it is done, transfer to a warm platter then place asparagus on the end and cover half-cup of sauce. Fold then drizzle the remaining sauce around platter.
