Omelet with Fine Herbs Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs; beaten well
1/2 c of cream
1 Tbsp of chopped parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
Spanish sauce
Instructions:
Combine eggs, cream, parsley, salt, and pepper; beat them well. Cook into an omelet. Transfer onto a warm plate and drizzle over small amount of sauce. Serve immediately.
