Omelet with Fresh Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of butter
2 c of sliced mushrooms
1/2 c of milk
1 tsp of salt
12 pcs of eggs (separated into two); beaten well
Instructions:
Combine butter, sliced mushrooms, salt, and milk; mix thoroughly. Cook above gentle heat for 20 mins, covered. Cook two omelets.
Transfer the omelets onto a warm platter. Spoon the mushroom mixture above the omelets. Serve immediately.
