Omelet with Green Peas Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs; beaten well
2 c of cooked green peas (or canned)
Salt
Pepper
Butter
1 c of cream sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the eggs into an omelet. Before you fold the finished omelet, place a spoonful of green peas inside and fold. Transfer onto a warm plate and spread the rest of the peas on the plate. If preferred, drizzle over the cream and serve immediately.
