Omelet with Oysters Recipe
Ingredients:
25 pcs of oysters; washed and drained
2 Tbsps of flour
2 Tbsps of butter
1 c of liquor (from cooking oyster then add milk)
1 tsp of salt
1/16 tsp of pepper (red)
Instructions:
Place oysters on a saucepan; cook till their gills have curled; drain and save its liquor. Combine flour with butter then add liquor with milk; let it boil and season salt & pepper. Cook the eggs into an omelet.
Transfer to a warm plate. Arrange oysters on the side then spoon the sauce above oysters and omelet. Serve immediately.
