Omelet with Rum Recipe
Ingredients:
6 eggs; beaten well
Confectioner’s sugar
Jamaica rum
4 pcs of sugar lumps (dipped in rum)
Instructions:
Cook the eggs into an omelet then turn onto a warm plate. Sift over confectioner’s sugar then score across on top. Place the sugar lumps onto the sides.
Drizzle rum above the folded omelet and ignite to a flame. Serve immediately. Continue basting with flaming rum till flame dies.
